Grubhub promo codes for existing users: what actually works in October 2026

Grubhub runs fewer public codes than any other delivery app, and most of the ones labelled "existing customer" on the big coupon sites are recycled new-user codes. This morning was the exception: GH25OFF took 25% off an order of $15 or more on an account that had ordered before. Here's that, plus the things that work every month without a code.

1. GH25OFF, while it lasts

It's in the table on the Grubhub page with the time it was checked. I retest every morning; if it stops, it moves to the dead list with the date.

2. Grubhub+ through Amazon Prime

If you have Prime, you have Grubhub+. Go to amazon.com/grubhub, tap Activate, sign in to Grubhub. $0 delivery fees on orders over the minimum and lower service fees, for as long as you keep Prime. For anyone ordering a few times a month, this removes more in fees than a code takes off the food.

3. The Perks tab

Bottom of the app. Restaurant deals, free items with a minimum, and "$X off your next order" offers that tend to appear after a quiet stretch. They're personal; you can't share them.

4. Pickup, with credit back

Pickup orders skip the delivery fee, and Grubhub+ members get credit back toward the next order.

5. The Grubhub Guarantee

If an order arrives late, or you find the same order cheaper on the restaurant's own site, Grubhub credits the difference. You have to claim it from the order page, and most people don't.

What doesn't work

  • Most "existing customer" codes on the coupon sites. They're new-user codes with a different label. Anything that does apply on an older account goes in the table the morning I confirm it.
  • A new account at the same address. Grubhub matches address and card.
