Turo promo codes that work todayOctober 28, 2026 · codes collected, first hand test tomorrow morning
Turo is the one app on this site where the company says, in its own help center, that it doesn't run promo codes, referral links or first-trip offers, and that codes from third-party sites aren't valid. The coupon sites list fifteen codes for it anyway, so I gathered every one with where I saw it, and tomorrow morning I'll put each one into a real booking and write down what the app says. Until then nothing here is marked working. What does cut a Turo bill, every time: the discounts hosts set on three-day, weekly and monthly trips, and the discount codes individual hosts can issue to guests.

Hosts' 3-day, weekly and monthly discounts often 10 to 30% off, no code
Hosts choose their own discounts for longer trips, and most of the busy ones set a weekly discount in the 10 to 20% range and a monthly one higher. It applies on its own in the price when the trip is long enough, so the cheapest move is often making a 6-day trip a 7-day one. Filter by price and compare the weekly rate, not the daily one.
Fine print: Set by each host, so it varies car to car. Shows in the trip price before you book, nothing to enter. Turo's own promotional travel credit, when they email you one, applies to the car price only, not fees.
Every Turo code, and what I have done with it so far
Links to the apps may earn me a small commission at no cost to you. It never changes which codes make this list.
Nothing is marked working yet, because nothing has been tested yet; that happens tomorrow morning. The unverified ones below are what I'm checking next.
Turo's help center says it has no ongoing codes and that third-party codes aren't valid, so expect most of these to fail; I'd rather show you the result than the rumor. Two more on the coupon sites, ericj208 and 645235rml150, are hosts' personal discount codes for a $25 first trip; those only work on that host's cars, so I've left them off the table. Something fail for you? Tell me which code and I'll retest it today. Readers catch dead codes faster than I do.
Codes people are sharing that I haven't tested yet
Every morning I collect the Turo codes being posted on Reddit and elsewhere in the last couple of days. These are the ones I haven't applied myself yet, newest first. Try them if you like; if one works or fails for you, tell me and it moves up or comes down the same day. Last collected Oct 28 at 5:00pm.

Turo discounts for existing guests
Turo doesn't do existing-customer codes, but three things take real money off for anyone who has booked before:
- Longer-trip discounts. Each host sets a 3-day, weekly and monthly discount. The weekly one is often 10 to 20%; it shows in the price automatically once the trip is long enough.
- Host-given discount codes. Hosts can issue their own codes to guests they want back. If you liked a car, message the host before you book again and ask; many will send one.
- Promotional travel credit from Turo itself. Turo emails credit to some accounts (lapsed guests especially). It's entered under Account, then Add travel credit, and applies to the car price only. Keep the promotions email setting on or you'll never see one.
How to make a Turo promo code apply
- In the app: Payment, then Promo code and gift cards, tap + Add, type the code exactly, tap Apply. On the web it's the same link on the checkout page.
- It only applies when you first book the trip. You can't add one to a trip that's already booked.
- One offer per trip: a promo code won't combine with travel credit or a host-given code.
- Travel credit is different from a promo code and goes under Account settings, not checkout.
Weekly and monthly discounts
There's no Turo membership. The closest thing is the length discount every host can set: a percentage off for 3-day, 7-day and 30-day trips. On a car listed at $60 a day, a 15% weekly discount is $63 off a week. The listing shows it under the price as "X% weekly discount"; if a car you like doesn't have one, a nearby one usually does.
Why your Turo promo code says "invalid"
- It came from a coupon site. Turo says plainly that third-party codes aren't valid. Most of the list above will fail for this reason, and the table will say so by name.
- It's a host's personal code and you're booking a different host's car. Host-given codes only work on that host's listings.
- You're trying to add it after booking. Codes only apply at the moment you book.
- You already have an offer on the trip. Travel credit and promo codes don't stack.
- It expired. Turo's own promotional offers usually run a week or two from the email.
Codes that stopped working (and when)
Nothing died this week. When a code does, it goes here with the date, so you can see it was real and know not to bother.
Questions I get asked a lot
Is there a Turo promo code for first-time users?
Not a standing one. Turo's help center says it doesn't run first-trip codes or referral links for guests; any first-trip offer comes to you by email from Turo. The codes the coupon sites list are in the table above with the result of my test.
Can I use a Turo promo code on a trip I already booked?
No. Codes apply only when you book. For a booked trip, the only thing that changes the price is the host, who can send you a host-given discount code for a future booking.
What's the cheapest way to rent on Turo?
Book long enough to trigger the host's weekly discount, pick a car whose host has set one, and decline the add-ons you don't need. That beats any code I've seen claimed.
