SpotHero promo codes that work todayOctober 28, 2026 · codes collected, first hand test tomorrow morning

SpotHero is unusual: it publishes its own promo code on its own site, FIRSTSPOT10, 10% off a first reservation capped at $5, app only. That's the one I expect to work. The coupon sites list eight more, several of them for airport parking, where the savings would actually be worth something. I gathered all nine on Oct 28 with where I saw each one; tomorrow morning each goes into a real reservation and the table gets the result. Until then nothing here is marked working.

Every SpotHero code, and what I have done with it so far

Links to the apps may earn me a small commission at no cost to you. It never changes which codes make this list.

Nothing is marked working yet, because nothing has been tested yet; that happens tomorrow morning. The unverified ones below are what I'm checking next.

FIRSTSPOT10 comes from SpotHero's own promo page; the rest are coupon-site listings, which is why each shows where it was seen. Something fail for you? Tell me which code and I'll retest it today. Readers catch dead codes faster than I do.

Codes people are sharing that I haven't tested yet

Every morning I collect the SpotHero codes being posted on Reddit and elsewhere in the last couple of days. These are the ones I haven't applied myself yet, newest first. Try them if you like; if one works or fails for you, tell me and it moves up or comes down the same day. Last collected Oct 28 at 5:00pm.

SpotHero discounts for existing users

Once you've used your first-reservation code, the real savings are structural, not codes:

• Commuter benefits. If your employer offers a pre-tax commuter account (WageWorks, Edenred, HealthEquity and the like), SpotHero takes it for monthly parking. Paying pre-tax is worth roughly 25 to 40% depending on your bracket, every month, no code.
• Monthly parking instead of daily. For anyone parking at the same garage more than about ten days a month, SpotHero's monthly rate usually beats the daily one by a wide margin.
• Book ahead, especially airports and event parking. Reserved rates on SpotHero are set below the drive-up rate at the same garage; the gap is widest at airports and around stadiums on game day.
• Airport codes in the table. Several of the unverified codes above are for airport parking only, where a 15% code on a week of parking is worth real money. Those are the first ones I'm testing.

How to make a SpotHero promo code apply

1. Pick the spot and times, then on the checkout screen tap Add promo code before you pay.
2. The discount line shows in the price breakdown. If it doesn't, the code didn't take.
3. FIRSTSPOT10 is app-only; it won't apply on the website.
4. Monthly reservations and SpotHero for Business bookings don't take promo codes.

Commuter benefits

There's no SpotHero membership, but the discount most regulars miss is paying with a pre-tax commuter benefits card. SpotHero accepts them for monthly parking, and the tax saving is bigger than any code on this page. Ask HR whether your employer offers one; if it does, the card works like any other at checkout.

Why your SpotHero promo code says "invalid"

1. You've reserved before. FIRSTSPOT10 and most of the others are first-reservation codes, matched to the account.
2. You're on the website. The first-reservation code is app-only.
3. It's a monthly or business reservation. Those don't take codes.
4. It's an airport-only code on a downtown garage. Several codes above only apply to airport parking.
5. It expired. Check the time at the top of the page.

Codes that stopped working (and when)

Nothing died this week. When a code does, it goes here with the date, so you can see it was real and know not to bother.
